He is a highly motivated, driven and creative individual. Inspired by creating the absolute best quality breads with specially selected ingredients, he thrives on success and has a proven track record of building up bakery businesses.
On numerous occasions he has demonstrated his ability to turn underperforming organisations into profitable companies. His vast wealth of experience makes him an excellent problem solver and he can adapt his skills to suit any category in the sector, from morning goods, speciality breads and bagels, to viennoiserie and plant bakery.
His natural flair for the art of baking has fuelled a long and successful career.
